Statistics
Some basic statistics related to SchoolNet and ICT use within the School Education System are given below:
1. SchoolNet manages the "sch.lk" domain name and any school in Sri Lanka can apply for domain names. As of today, 2018 organizations related to School Education have applied for domain names.
2. SchoolNet provides Email Services to which any school, which already has a domain name, can apply. As of today, SchoolNet has 35922 Email accounts from 436 organizations who have applied for emails.
3. SchoolNet Connectivity as at 22nd September 2008 (under Stage 1 of SchoolNet Implementation)
